Description: For this activity, I used google maps and searched for the type of companies that I will like to apply for as I get closer to graduation. I centered this search around the city of Orlando and Nigeria my country and put it in a customized map which can be found below.

After working on this assignment, there were two companies that really attracted me. They are MLB Creative and Three21. MLB creative is a creative agency that builds and grow brands through creative thinking, thoughtful design and advertising. The website was the first thing that drew me in as it embodies design and minimalism, which are two things that I love. When looking at the culture of the company, they didn't exactly talk about their values but talked about their process. They focus on the why of the companies they work with. Why their audience should be engaged and work with them and then use all that into up until their execution process. This is something that aligns with what I do and that is mostly why this company is one that I will want to work for. Their services are in branding and advertising which are the career fields I am moving into. To apply, the company requires a link to my portfolio and resume, which I will work on and tailor.

Three21 is company that focuses on crafting a memorable, engaging digital experience that will strengthen a brand’s position. This is one of the first things you see when you click into their site and is something that interested me. The agency describe itself as creative communicators, which I relate to also. Another thing that drew me in were values the company looks for when hiring. They look for people that passionate, learners, and embrace change and fun, which is what I like. Looking at the careers, the project management internship position is the position I want to apply for. Why? Because of all the benefits it holds. The candidate is able to work with the project manager and be part of the creative process and also work on client social media accounts.
