For this assignment I was asked to say why I picked the content management system that I did and also get into creating the site. I picked Weebly as my CMS
I chose to use weebly because it’s very easy, clean looking and has very attractive themes. The website’s drag and drop features makes it very easy for anyone to use and doesn’t need any technical knowledge to use it. The website offers nice templates that look professional across desktop and mobile devices and tools that help grow the website further. Weebly also does well in SEO settings, but that’s only if a payment is done for the website.
I chose the theme and template because It goes with what I envisioned and presented in my wireframe. I also chose it because of how it is very clean and simple.
The drag and drop feature will really help me in creating the website, because it’s easy and simple. The SEO settings in weebly will also help me give the website first rankings on google.
This is the first time I’m using weebly, so I do not have any experience with it. This is also my first time using any CMS system so I do not know about other websites.
