Full Sail University
The Full Sail University video definitely has a story to tell as it basically explains what the school has to offer. It goes into what a student can experience from the first day of school and as well shows the school’s originality.
The video also shows the different Course programs, softwares and the hands on work experience that the students get through out their programs, as well as the professional equipped studios that are on campus, the highly trained instructors that are in the industry and the projects that students get to work on.
Therefore, Full Sail gives the impression that what students experience in the school is what they would experience in their future careers. Potential students get a feel that they are able to create content freely with the school’s resources and can exercise their passion well.
This is a recruitment tool because all theses things that Full Sail states is what people going into the media and entertainment world look for.
Dollar Shave Club
Dollar Shave Club was able to come up with a creative video that was attention catching to launch their new product. The video was random and very funny, which is something that people love.
The story was very original, as they used very weird concepts to explain why their product was effective. It used the concept of humor, which was very effective.
From watching the video and knowing a little bit about the company, I’ll say that the target market for the video was mostly the male gender. My point being that the video is seen as something that men can easily relate to. It establishes a friendly ground between the customer and the brand, which is a good way to launch a product.
Science World
Science World made a Lip Dub, which was fun and exciting. The video has a story to tell, which is simply showing the originality of the museum.
It shows that the museum has a welcoming, fun and educative environment for people regardless of their ages. The concept of the video is inviting and shows how natural and friendly the staff is.
It gives an idea that learning is fun there and that people can get good service from the staff. It also shows that the museum is different from other museums as they implement fun into their daily schedules.
The video shows that the organization really stands with their mission on making education fun.
